When you're driving a luxury vehicle, such as one of the amazing picks from the Audi or BMW lineups, you're going to want it to give you years of uncompromised services. What's the best way to do this? Routine maintenance is your best bet since it'll keep your vehicle running smoothly on the streets of Fort Worth, Dallas, and Arlington well into the future.

Luckily, both brands have service programs available to make keeping up on maintenance easy. However, which one will better suit your needs? This is why Audi Fort Worth has created this handy BMW vs. Audi maintenance guide. Check it out below to get the details on each of these plans.

Audi Maintenance Program

Warranty

When you purchase a new Audi vehicle, such as the A3 sedan or Q5 SUV, you'll be met with a New Vehicle Limited Warranty that covers you for 50,000 miles or four years, whichever comes first.

This warranty helps keep your model in great running condition, assisting in covering any major wear and tear that happens while you're behind the wheel. To make matters even better, you'll receive the first scheduled maintenance service at 10,000 miles (or 12 months) at no additional charge.

Audi Care

Audi also offers Audi Care and Audi Care Select, which are programs that assist with routine maintenance even further. These packages are prepaid and provide you with optimal convenience while getting the services you need. Add that on top of peace of mind and major savings, and there's nothing not to love.

When you opt for this program, your vehicle will automatically be covered for tons of different processes and services. Some of these include but are not limited to:

  • Battery tests & replacements
  • Road tests
  • Inspecting fluid levels & adding (if needed)
  • Tire adjustments
  • Oil changes

BMW Maintenance Program

Warranty

BMW also offers a limited warranty that covers new BMW vehicles, but it differs slightly than the Audi model warranty. This warranty covers your model for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty also includes BMW Ultimate Care, their maintenance program.

BMW Ultimate Care

Unlike Audi's maintenance program, BMW Ultimate Care only covers routine maintenance checks. This inspection consists of checking your vehicle, inspecting and changing the oil and filter as well as other fluids, and more.

However, there are a lot of services that BMW leaves out of its maintenance program that Audi proudly takes care of. Some of these include:

  • Battery replacement
  • Inspection of the brake system & pad wear check
  • Adding power steering fluid
  • Tire inspections

BMW vs Audi Maintenance - Which One Is Right for You?

Both Audi and BMW clearly care about routine maintenance, helping you keep your luxury vehicle safe and running properly in the Fort Worth, Dallas, and Arlington areas. However, with the added services and thoroughness provided by Audi, you're sure to never miss a beat.
